Return Policy
We do not offer free refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Returns of Eligible Products 
Returns of eligible products must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

  • please send us email to get a Return Form
  • you may return any of our products with completed Return Form, for store credit only.
  • to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • shipping costs are non-refundable. the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, also for the free domestic shipping over $100.
  • due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on home fragrances and all type of plants including preserved and dried.
  • returning products must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must include all items that were in the original package.
  • if the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping, this would be held responsible by the customer and refund will not be given. it is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customers responsibility.


  • once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items 

  • only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty
Full refunds will be provided for products have arrived damaged or have any manufacturing defects.
You will need to email us with an image, the damage or faulty will be assessed by the COCO MUMU team.

Once approved, we will organise returning shipping label.
Damaged or Faulty products returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
Please note the below reasons are NOT considered defects:

  • slight colour variation from product photos
  • slight arrangement variation from product photos
  • slight size variation on measurements for preserved plants
  • minor imperfections for nature product, e.g. a little bent of stems or patterns of natural wood products
  • self-inflicted damage to the product
  • customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
  • do not like the item
  • quality not up to expectation

False claims regarding defective pieces will result being returned to the customer, at customer’s expense.

No refunds for cancellation of orders been processed. Only store credit will be provided.
